1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Loop (including our Google Calendar sync integration), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or connect to our platform.

2. Google Calendar Integration Rules

When connecting your Google Calendar to Loop, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Authority to Connect: You must only connect a Google Account that you own or have explicit authorization to link. You are solely responsible for all calendar modifications triggered via the portal.
• Account Validation: The email address of the connected Google Calendar account must exactly match the registered email address of your Loop profile. We reject any integration attempts that do not align.
• API Usage: You must not exploit, manipulate, or spam the Google Calendar integration in a way that exceeds normal scheduling bounds or triggers rate-limiting restrictions.

3. User Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and active session token (`auth_token`) secure. Any action, scheduling update, slot deletion, or calendar modifications performed under your profile session will be attributed to you.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

Loop is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Google Calendar synchronization will be uninterrupted, error-free, or instantaneously real-time under all circumstances due to Google API changes, rate limits, or network connectivity constraints.
